During this process we go over the buyer consultation worksheet I have provided either via email or that you filled out on the home page. We get to know one another a little, and find out exactly what you're looking for in the perfect property for your needs. If you feel like I am a good fit to work with you, we sign the EBA. If you don't think that I am the right fit for your needs, we part ways pleasantly with little more lost than some time.
